Engage: Play Cricket!

How do you reach a village of non-believers struggling with poverty?
Specifically, 500 teens, ages 12 to 20 years old and not open to you. Engage.
To engage, means to model God’s unconditional love to meet a people’s particular needs.
The teens wanted to play cricket. But, no uniforms, no equipment, no money, and no one cared. So, we decided to host and fund a multi-day cricket tournament. To engage the village. To reach the teens. To find the Person of Peace, then offer the Gospel.
The LORD opened a doorway into an entrenched people. Many suspicious and hostile to the Gospel. They don't know, and have not experienced the Gospel personally in a tangible manner. Cricket afforded us the opportunity to engage and know one another.
Thank you to our friends and family! Your support makes engaging possible!
