How do you spread the Gospel across a nation?

John Maxwell, the internationally acclaimed best-selling author quoted, "Everything rises and falls on leadership.”

Our 2026 goal: Onboard 50 leaders.

At the end of 2025, we were a team of 10 staff with the big audacious goal of spreading the Gospel across the nation.

A growth exercise I used with our team: "Use three words to describe yourself."

Many replied with a combination of, "Pastor, teacher, evangelist, disciple, disciple-maker." Not many included "leader".

Our most important strategic work is to multiply leaders.  Without leaders, a vision is just a dream.  And, a mission is just a statement.

To grow requires change.  Change starts with how we see ourselves.  If we see ourselves as a fireman, then we will naturally look for fires.  We see potential fire hazards.  If we see ourselves as a leader, then we will look for leaders.  We see potential leaders.

How do we know who is a leader?  Apples produce apples.  Evangelists produce evangelists.  Leaders produce leaders.
